This job was done because my computer had become very slow & had run out of disc capacity. This major hardware upgrade included moving to Windows 7. All my applications & all data files tranferred over to the new system without any problems. The whole operation took about one week & the new system worked like clockwork immediately on handover back to me. My system is used mainly to support our small business & its main software is Sage, Excel, Word & email.

I cannot recommend Doctor Tech highly enough. After moving house (and buying a new printer) we had various technical problems including getting all the computers back online, making sure the signal was strong throughout the house (it wasn’t after BT left) and making sure all the computers were talking to both the printers. As a family with teenagers we had 5 computers in the house (3 laptops and 2 desktops) of varying ages and including 2 macs and 3 PC’s.
