Many things can do wrong on a computer; freezing, crashing, restarts, humming noises, slowness etc.

We have all been there, even us!

It can be frustrating not knowing what the problem is and knowing that this can impact your home life; children need a working computer to complete homework assignments and parents need to up and running with the home business or home working setup.

We are familiar with all types of Desktops, from branded units (Acer, Dell, Lenovo, Sony, Toshiba etc) through to custom built PCs.

Usually they are built the same way and in many cases only 1 part has failed or is failing causing the problem. We can quote for the full repair with the part included together with a warranty.

If a part fails within the warranty period we will replace it free of charge.

I cannot recommend Doctor Tech highly enough. After moving house (and buying a new printer) we had various technical problems including getting all the computers back online, making sure the signal was strong throughout the house (it wasn’t after BT left) and making sure all the computers were talking to both the printers.
