COVID 19 Notice

How we are keeping safe with respect to the coronavirus

In light of the current situation, to maintain the highest standards of health and safety, we’ve put in place some extra measures.

Repair Drop-offs

We are still accepting computers for repair in our workshop with limited emergency callouts. Drop to reception where our engineer will meet you for a safe handover. We will sit 2m apart and confirm your contact details. Callouts are available for emergency pickups or dropoffs only, engineers will be wearing PPE with a safe handover at 2m apart.

REMOTE CONTROL SUPPORT

We can still help with most of your needs by taking temporary remote control of your computer. We will be able to see your screen. You can see everything we’re doing and you can talk to us on the phone at the same time.

Most importantly nobody has to come near you physically, keeping you safe from the virus.

KEEPING SOCIAL DISTANCE

For everybody’s safety our engineers will not come within 2 meters of you.

NO PHYSICAL CONTACT

No physical contact is necessary when handing over your device.

NO OFFICE ACCESS

For everyone’s safety we won’t be allowing office and workshop access to clients

HANDLED WITH CARE

Your Doctor Tech technician will handle your device using fresh disposable latex gloves throughout the repair

ALL ITEMS CLEANSED

All devices are cleaned thoroughly before and after the repair, using sanitising wipes

RETURNED WITH CARE

Devices are returned to customers by technicians using fresh disposable latex gloves
